Definition of Holy

Since 2004, I have been devouring everything I can on the meaning of holy. Now I am writing a book for a publisher on holy. So starting March 24th, 2014, 5 days a week I will posting to this blog on the meaning of holy and its two closest cousins, Blessed and the LORD (Yahweh). My strategy will be to cover one text per week in 5 different dimensions: 1) translation, 2) transfer, 3) total, 4) train, and 5) teach. Holiness is Wholeness: According to Thomas Boston

Thomas Boston has this to say about holiness (in Gathered Gold by John Blanchard):

"Holiness is a constellation of graces." So he too recognized the summary idea or the wholeness idea of holiness.
